Every successful EIN lookup, TIN match, or OFAC screening request counts as one search. We do not charge a credit when we don't have the record. Batch processing is priced and billed separately. Searches that return no result (not found) do not count against your monthly total.
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time and the new search volume takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Annual plans can be upgraded at any time with the difference prorated.
When you reach your monthly limit, searches will be paused until your next billing cycle. You will receive an email notification at 80% and 100% usage so you are never caught off guard. You can also upgrade your plan at any time to immediately restore access.
Yes. All annual plans include full API access, unlimited users, and the setup fee is waived. Monthly plans are browser-based access only. If you need API integration, an annual plan is the right choice and the per-search cost is significantly lower than monthly.
